We have regular taster sessions and rookie courses, just keep an eye on our Facebook page for when our next one is taking place.

During the course our dedicated rookie coaches will take you through a set of minimum skills designed to give you confidence on your wheels and a basic knowledge of this awesome, full contact sport. The course finishes with a bang when you will take part in an assessment game alongside your fellow rookies. After the 12 week course you'll be able to take part in our main league training.
